Company activities can be generally be divided into separate divisions, such as: sales, production, administration and management. Upon looking into the structure of these divisions however, we find that each company has its' own definition and scope for each category. Further to this, the method of intrinsic collaboration between divisions tends to vary within each organization.
ITC's goal is to not simply adapt a specific technology or software package to make it "fit" a company's needs. For example, by jumping into "CRM", "SFA" or "SCM" as a starting point, your company may find itself with a compromised solution that fails to deliver the maximum benefits.
"We can't see much improvement in efficiency even though we have introduced an IT system into the process".
"It seems that the IT system hasn't given us the cost savings in resources we had expected".
"We have been spending a lot of money on IT systems. Since maintenance costs are much more than we anticipated, we are doubtful we will see a positive return on investment".
ITC has heard such statements many times. Those unfortunate situations are often attributable to the planning and introduction process, not to IT itself. ITC works with our customers to ensure that they enjoy the maximum benefits that a well designed IT system can provide long into the future.
ITC starts a project therefore by identifying a company's purpose, current status, strategies, issues, management priorities and so on. Once the whole picture is clearly understood, we apply the concept of; "Collaboration of Business Processes" to the project. Consequently, we will construct a whole new system, or, utilize and connect existing systems to achieve the most efficient and effective realization of the project's goals.
Our aim is - to provide the best possible solution to achieve our customer's desired outcomes, while optimizing that customer's existing resources.
